Day 18-Monday-2/14/11

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!  Not going to lie, it doesn't really feel like Valentine's day here, they don't really seem to make it as big of a deal as the U.S. I actually don't really care for this holiday and I think it's kind of overblown, but... it means one month until my birthday!  Haha jk...Well, kind of… and only a few days after that, St. Patrick's day which I cannot wait for!! Especially because in that week my best friend Becky will be here!! I can't believe she's actually coming! Same with my parents!  I got super super lucky that they both can even afford to come here and I am soooo thankful!!!  Anyways, today was our first day of classes so I have been up since 7am and it's about 4pm now and I'm getting really sleepy.  I had class at 9-1pm and then a break.  I got lunch during the break and now I am sitting at the school waiting until 5pm for my next class.  Not a very productive day, but if you see my blog or facebook you will be able to tell I finally was able to access the internet here at school, finally! Ugh, I have been needing to update my blog and upload pics for awhile now!  Anyways, we finally got our meal tickets at school, so I think the girls and I are going to go out to dinner tonight, then I'm not sure what we are doing after.  I still really need to do laundry and get organized in my apartment, plus go grocery shopping and get some essentials like tp, tooth paste, and dish soap.  It's a short one today, but I don't really have much else to say.  Oh p.s. cappuccino's in Rome are considered only a breakfast food, so if you ever order one after lunch you will look like an idiot :) tip of the day from my History of Italian Mafia professor, he's soo awesome!
