Day 31-Roma!-Sunday-2/27/11

Slept in until 11am today, it was nice :)  I wanted to sleep longer because it was a crummy, gloomy, day outside, but I told my friend I would meet her for lunch and once I was up I couldn't fall back asleep.  I took my time getting ready and took the bus to meet her at Scholar's Pub.  We decided to get the loaded nachos and they were amazing!  It was packed when we got there at 1pm even though the soccer game didn't start for two hours!  I didn't get a ticket for the soccer game, but Jo did so she was really excited.  I will definitely have to go to the next one because she said it was really fun.  After nachos I decided to walk home instead of taking the bus because I had my rain jacket and Ipod and I would much rather enjoy the peacefulness of the walk home and a little drizzle then hop on a crowded smelly bus.  It was very enjoyable :)  When I got home I skyped with my dad for a little bit and caught up with some of my friends on facebook.  I watched some youtube videos and Greek.  I forgot what it's like to watch TV because it's been so long.  I watched like 4 episodes of Greek before deciding I should stop.  When my roomate came home she said she ordered me and her tickets for the Easter Sunday mass at the Vatican :)  She's the best!  I can't wait!  It's free, we just had to put our names down so they have a reference of how many people are going to be there, I think.  I can't believe I will be at the world's biggest church on Easter Sunday! Crazy!  We also booked our final trip… wait for it… IRELAND!!!!! AHHH I'm sooo excited!! This was like the one place I was dying to go besides Italy :D  YAY!!! I'm really really happy that I have time to go there!  I thought I was going to go with my mom and Gerry when they came, but it wasn't very realistic for them to travel to Rome and Ireland and back to Rome in one week so we scratched that idea and I was kind of bummed, but not anymore!! :D  Woop Woop!! All in all today  was a very exciting day for planning even though I didn't actually do much.
