Happy Thursday Everyone! I love Thursdays because they mean family dinner nights which are probably the best nights here in Rome :) I woke up this morning and worked on my Italian homework. Walked to class enjoying my time alone with my ipod. I should probably take pictures one of these days of my walk to school so everyone can see what I see :)
Class went well, but our classroom is always really hot, I wish they would open the windows. I hate stuffy classrooms. Anyways, after class Molly and I walked to Jodine's to see if she wanted to walk to Liz and Emily's with us, but just as we got there we received a text from her saying she was already there.
We headed over and stood outside for a good ten minutes because non of them had cell phone service and we didn't know which buzzer to ring. Thankfully, they finally got a hold of us and let us in. Little did we know, they had been distracted by all laying together watching Glee. They still had ten minutes left so Molly and I sat with them to finish it.
No, sorry Kel and Jen, I still do not understand you're obsession with Glee. The song they sang was stuck in my head the entire next three days and I didn't even like the song!!! Thanks a lot GLEE! After we finished that we made Jodine show us her dinosaur impression because Jordan, Liz and Emily's roomate had not seen it yet, and again we laughed hysterically!
We left and went to the grocery store to pick up items because Liz had a recipe from her mom to make spaghetti carbonara. It didn't quite turn out the way she had expected and was a little dry. We were really hungry so we ate it anyways, but we all laughed and decided maybe it was best to have Liz stay away from the cooking for awhile ;)
After dinner we hung out awhile talking about our future trips. We decided since dinner wasn't the greatest we should go out for a treat and headed out to get some chocolate dipped gelato. It never fails. It was delicious once again :) Nothing beats cookie gelato with a cookie on top dipped in chocolate! Haha I am such a chocolate nut!
