Wow! I can't believe it's already March! Time flies! I am getting really excited for Cinque Terre this weekend! I just wish it would stop RAINING!!! NO MI PIACE LA PIOGGIA!!! I DON'T LIKE THE RAIN!!! I hope the sun comes out by Saturday because that's the day of our 5 city hike along the cost of Italy :) Ahhh I can't wait!!! Today I got up and walked to school grabbing a some red pepper pizza along the way. Italian class went well, but we have a quiz next time so I have lots of studying to do! Eek the first quiz always makes me nervous because you never know what to expect. After class the girls and I got gelato. Lol yes, again, and yes, the same place as last night. :D He He… anyways we went to Clara's and hung out for awhile then headed over to Lorenzo's for our cooking class. I was super excited to learn how to make a real Italian dinner :D It was super easy too! We made pasta gricia which is pasta with bacon, white wine, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. It was delicious! I had no idea how good Italian bacon was! So much flavor it like pops in your mouth! For the second course we made stuffed zucchini. We hallowed out the zucchini, chopped up the insides where we mashed it up with meat and olive oil then we stuffed it back in the zucchini and baked it in the oven drizzling olive oil and salt over the top. It was really really good :) For dessert we cut up fresh strawberries and squeezed lemon over the top with a little bit of sugar and toped it with whip cream :) mmmm! I was a great meal and even better because we made it all with the help of Lorenzo! Molly and I took the bus home and I was really tired so I pretty much fell asleep right away by like 10 or 10:30pm.
